Why do you need an inspection?

If you are looking into getting a new house, then it is always good practice to get an inspection. It is always difficult to know every little thing that has happened in a home. People will hide mold by trying to cover it up with paint. Most people do not know much about mold, but we are here to help with any questions. Mold can affect everybody differently. Kids and women are more susceptible to mold.

I had moved into a home that had water damage covered up, and after a few months, I noticed the floor would sink in when walking over it. After getting an inspection, it was revealed that there was mold growing under the floor and eating into the wood. We got it replaced and fixed.

Not only can mold affect children and women, but also affect animals. We have had a customer whose cat kept getting sick. No matter what they had tried could not help their cat, but after they moved to an inspected house with no mold. Their cat felt much better and was not vomiting anymore.

Maybe you have lived in a house for years, but had some water damage. It is a good idea to get an inspection after water damage. You never know what can grow from any amount of water.
